Refund policy

Chozen believes refunds and returns are opportunities for realignment, echoing the journey to valor where decisions made in the uncomfortable place result in a more meaningful one. This policy is fair; you can give back the products that are no longer useful in your self-awakening, as we strive to fulfill our promise of bringing content and experiences that make you feel creative.

Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, eligible within 7 days of delivery as eligible returns. However, items on sale are not eligible for returns. 

Custom products cannot be refunded, because you make them unique to your life. The freight charges are not refundable, but we will cover the shipping of faulty products back, and your return will be processed without any charge. 

When we receive and check your returned item (in 7 business days), we will refund the original payment used, which is usually in 5-7 days. 

We adhere to consumer legislation, such as distance selling, and transparency is guaranteed. The same applies to international returns, with the only difference that it is your duty/taxes. Lost or stolen packages? Get in touch with tracking, and we will look into it to fit your purpose.
