We promise effective, dependable delivery out of our warehouse facilities and every parcel arrives as a catalyst for aligning with your ultimate purpose, even in the rush of our daily living. This policy will give you the right information to rely on, and this can bring trust in our community of the Chozen ones.

We partner with reliable Indian logistics companies, including DTDC, Blue Dart and Delhivery to cover the whole nation efficiently. The domestic deliveries within India can, on average, take 2-5 business days to metro cities and 4-7 days to the remote areas. On such occasions as festivals such as Diwali or monsoon seasons, there might be short delays, but we will keep you updated through emails or SMS to maintain your peace.

There is a flat Rs.100/- shipping rate on Cash on Delivery orders. 

However, for international delivery - the shipping prices may vary. All the prices are taxed by enforced GST. 

After processing (between 24-48 hours after confirmation of the order), you'll receive a tracking ID via email. In case of any hiccups, delayed parcels, damages or other customs problems, reach out to us using your order number. We'll resolve within 3-5 business days, which includes providing reshipments or partial refunds or even full replacements according to our Returns Policy, so that your journey remains uninterrupted.

Chozen adheres to Indian e-commerce laws, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, for accurate timelines and grievance redressal. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, embracing a flow of purposeful arrival.
