Using our website, application or services, you will accept these terms, honoring the intent to uplift and align with your inner purpose amid life's discomforts.

One must be 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and minors must have the consent of their guardians. You grant us non-exclusive material (e.g., reviews about your transcendence stories) as a promotion to you, but only with attribution, and in respect of your creative bloom. We have not given up our intellectual property designs but we do invite people to share so that we may inspire the Chozen community.

Purchases are binding as soon as they are confirmed, and products are shipped worldwide. You agree to provide accurate information; disputes arise from inaccuracies falling on you. We have the right to deny service to offenders, such as abusive behavior that hinders peaceful coexistence. Some of the things that we cannot do are scraping without authorization, spamming or taking away copyright options that do not fit our ideal of meaningful living.

Limitation of liability benefits both parties: while we strive for excellence, services are provided "as is. We do not warrant indirect damages, and our liability is limited to what you spend on our brand, which we notify you about either through email or through our site.
